Please note: Due to ongoing events, we are unable to ship to Ukraine. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
4. Customs duties
In certain cases, shipments may be subject to customs duties based on your country’s regulations. Here are some key points to consider:
- Possibility of duties: Customs duties may apply to parcels with a maximum side length exceeding 60 cm, though the likelihood of this is approximately 5%.
- Coverage: KLOE Lighting will cover 20% of any customs duty fees you may incur.
- Estimated Costs: Customs fees generally range from $0 to $25 per item, depending on the destination country.
